TERMS OF REFERENCE

The Personnel Management Office (PMO), office of the president, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), has earmarked some funds under the Public Service Reform and Institutional Capacity Development  (PSRICD) project, for capacity building to implement training resulting from the needs Identification exercise conducted to determine the critical capacity gaps in the civil service of The Gambia.
